This 45-degree elbow is designed to facilitate the connection of the pool cleaner hose to the regulator valve, which is then inserted into the pool skimmer inlet. The purpose of this elbow is to simplify the process of connecting the pool cleaner hose to the pool skimmer, while also preventing kinks that may occur due to a 90-degree turn. When two elbows are connected together, they create either a 45-degree or 90-degree turn.

This product serves as a replacement for the Zodiac W70244, W90146, and R0532500 45-degree elbows, as well as the Pentair K12097 and Hayward AXV151 elbows. It is compatible with most Zodiac Baracuda, Pentair Kreepy Krauly, and Hayward pool cleaners that utilize 1.5" standard pool cleaner hose.

The semi-flexible design of this elbow allows for versatility in its application. It features a 1.25-inch diameter on the smaller side and a 1.5-inch diameter on the larger side. Therefore, when two elbows are combined, they form a 90-degree turn.

By using this elbow, you can prevent the pool cleaner hose from kinking when connecting it to the pool skimmer, ensuring a smoother and more efficient operation.
